2. - Want to go for a walk you and/or the residual family really every day in the next 11-15 years at least 2 x a day with your Akita - in heat, storm, rain, snow, or ice?

3. - Are you physically able to hold an adult Akita, no matter in what situations?

4. - You have the option to place your dog well, if you can take it on holiday time with?

If you choose an Akita, you must consider that you opt for a free-spirited, confident and strong breed.

A dog must be educated, because only in this way it is guaranteed that you will have a reliable and suitable for civilisation companion at your side.

From the cute puppy, a large and self-confident dog is in a short time. If you have not managed to train your dog to his maturity you will get problems.

In particular you should always remember how much easier is it to give the required education and guidance a puppy or young dog, as a 65-70 cm large males at the age of 9-12 months. The sentence: What does not teach Hans never more! also applies to dogs.

If you enter your Akita with calm and patience and take enough time for his education, they are however have found a friend for life.

A properly held and raised Akita is its owner to loyal, reliable and obedient. Even the purchase of a dog should be considered good. A thoughtless purchase, which binds a typically for 10 to 15 years on the breed, has almost always fatal consequences especially for the dog. You can spare the dog and himself, if it has sufficient information before. With love, patience, kindness, and the expertise you bring your dog with security to develop a reliable companion.
